Privacy and claim-data handling

This policy explains how Part370 handles information through its public website and authenticated business software. A customer's written agreement, order form, and applicable data terms control customer-specific requirements.

Do not email invoices, shipment documents, photographs, or other live claim evidence before Part370 confirms the approved transfer method in writing.

Information Part370 may receive

  • Business contact and account information.
  • Shipment, carrier, PRO, bill-of-lading, and claim data.
  • Invoices, delivery records, photographs, correspondence, and other evidence supplied for an authorized claim.
  • Messages, approvals, claim events, transmission records, and carrier references.
  • Basic website request information used for security and reliability.

How information is used

Part370 uses information to provide and secure customer accounts, validate claim data and evidence, transmit customer-authorized claim packages, process matched carrier communications, maintain the claim record, surface required actions, support customers, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

When information is shared

Claim information may be shared with a customer-approved carrier destination and service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting and email providers. Part370 does not sell claim data or use it for third-party advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.

Access, security, and transmission

Part370 limits access to people and systems needed to operate and secure the platform and uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage method is risk-free. The approved document-transfer method and any customer-specific controls are confirmed during onboarding before live evidence is exchanged.

Retention and deletion

Retention, export, closeout, and deletion expectations for customer records are documented in the applicable agreement and account terms. Part370 may retain records when required for contractual, security, dispute, backup, or legal purposes. A customer may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to those obligations.

Website visitors

The public website is informational and does not provide a public document-upload form. A mail link opens the visitor’s email client; the resulting message is handled by the sender’s and Part370’s email providers.
