Part370 product terms
These public terms describe Part370's current business-to-business software and design-partner access. No live carrier submission begins until an authorized customer user approves it and the applicable route and filing controls are enabled under a written agreement or order form.
Part370 provides freight-claims workflow software. It is not a motor carrier, freight forwarder, insurer, collection agency, or law firm and does not provide legal advice or guarantee recovery.
Business use only
Part370 is intended for business shippers, consignees, manufacturers, distributors, and eligible freight brokers or 3PLs. It is not a consumer parcel, personal injury, household-moving, passenger baggage, ocean-only cargo, or insurance-claim service.
Current access scope
Part370 currently provides access through written design-partner or customer agreements. The controlling agreement identifies the customer organization, authorized users, approved routes, pricing, support, data-transfer method, live-use authorization, and each party's responsibilities.
Customer authority and accuracy
The customer is responsible for having authority to provide the information and authorize each claim, for identifying the party entitled to recover, and for supplying accurate, complete, and lawfully obtained records. The customer must disclose overlapping or duplicate claims and promptly correct errors.
Authorization and decisions
Part370 does not submit a live claim without customer authorization. The customer retains control of claim value, settlement, compromise, rebuttal, litigation, escalation, salvage, inspection, and payment decisions. Carrier requests may require additional customer action.
No legal or outcome guarantee
Eligibility and deadline indicators are informational and may depend on the carrier, bill of lading, contract, mode, facts, and applicable law. Part370 does not determine legal rights, toll deadlines, or promise filing acceptance, acknowledgment, settlement, payment, or recovery. Customers should obtain qualified advice when needed.
Excluded work and additional costs
Unless the controlling agreement expressly says otherwise, the software does not provide carrier-portal submissions, legal opinions, litigation, collections, settlement negotiation, physical inspection, salvage services, or payment of carrier or third-party charges.
Claim records and communications
A Part370 intake confirmation is not carrier transmission or carrier acknowledgment. Statuses identify the source of each event. Customers remain responsible for reviewing the record, responding to action items, preserving freight and evidence, and recording direct carrier communications or payments when needed.
Changes and controlling agreement
Part370 may update these public terms as the product and design-partner program change. The customer-specific signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these public terms. Continued website use after an update means the visitor accepts the revised public terms for website use.
